The 19-mile adventure begins on a single track trail at the Palomar Observatory, followed by a short pause for the cause, including refreshments. Just when you think it can't get any better, you find yourself surrounded by a magnificent view, nature's starting gate to the 5,000 foot descent, known as the Nate Harrison Grade. This world class dirt road will hone your bicycling talents and give you the thrill of a lifetime. Although a professional guide will accompany you throughout the tour, an intermediate level ability is required.
