GINGER COOKIES 1 cup butter 2 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1/4 cup molasses 4-1/2 cup flour 2 tsp baking soda 3 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp allspice 1/4 tsp ground cloves sugar for rolling (1/2 to 1 cup) 1. Cream together butter and brown sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in molasses. 2. Sift together flour, soda, ginger, allspice, and cloves. Stir into butter mixture. 3.
