RASPBERRY WALNUT BARS Shortbread Base: Combine 1-1/4 cup flour 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter Press into bottom of greased 9" square pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove and spread with 1/2 cup raspberry jam. Mix the following ingredients: 2 eggs 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 tspn vanilla 2 Tbsps flour 1/8 tspn salt 1/8 tspn baking soda 1 cup chopped walnuts and spread over jam.
