Crackers - Home Made Cheese

These are a great little goody to make the night before and take with you for car munchies. Cayenne obviously is optional or put some on half the recipe and package separately.
HOME MADE CHEESE CRACKERS
Ingredients:
Saltines
Cayenne
Sharp cheddar
Cover a cookie sheet with saltines, aligning them so that their sides touch. Cover crackers with cheese (grated or thinly sliced, whichever you prefer).
Bake at 350 until cheese bubbles, then turn oven down to 200 and leave for about 8 hours, or overnight.
