Quick, easy, and supremely portable -- but, keep it cool! QUICK CHOCOLATE FUDGE --------------------- For a big batch (1 1/4 lbs.) of fudge you will need: 1 pkg. (12 oz.) milk chocolate chips 1 cup sweetened condensed milk 3 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp vanilla extract 3/4 cup chopped walnuts Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler over very low heat. Stir until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in condensed milk, butter and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture immediately into a lightly-oiled, 8-inch square pan.
