Travel Tip For Today
Bring one pair of comfortable walking shoes as well as a pair of sandals or Tevas. Before you leave home, break in your new shoes so you're not uncomfortable on the road.

Health Tips
That first night is always the toughest when you are on the road suffering from jet lag! A survey conducted by Hilton Hotels and the National Sleep Foundation discovered the fact that a night of good, sound sleep is the top concern for business travelers.
The group is now looking for solutions to some of the sleep disorders that hardcore travelers suffer from such as "the first night effect" - the inability to fall asleep the first night away from home... and the "on-call effect" - the worry that something will awaken you coupled with the fatigue and drowsiness which accompany jet lag.
Exposure to sunlight during the day is probably a better way to minimize or prevent jet lag fatigue says sleep expert Timothy Monk. The light of the sun helps in regulating the body's biorhythms. Further, eating protein in the morning and carbohydrates at night will induce drowsiness.
