| Savor our delectable breakfast buffet while relaxing in front of the welcoming fireplace of the "great room". After a full day of hiking, skiing, or touring Santa Fe's sights, we welcome you back to the inn with wine and cheese. Also available all afternoon and evening are lemonade, hot & iced teas, and an overflowing platter of cookies. Our knowledgable staff is happy to help you with your dinner plans, after which you'll melt into a heavenly bed of fine linens, feather and down.
The decor throughout is an elegant blend of Southwest meets Provence, featuring New Mexican art and furnishings. All seven bedrooms feature wrought iron or carved wood four-poster beds and private baths decorated with charming Mexican tiles. Adobe walls are painted in soft shades of sunlight, lace curtains adorn the windows, and lovely Gustave Bauman prints grace the walls. Hacienda Nicholas makes a special effort to accommodate those seeking a healthy organic and vegetarian bed & breakfast, and is shifting to hypo allergenic, "green" cleaning products. |
