The children's program "Camp Wind Whistle" is geared to ages 5 through 12, and is offered free of charge. The program is offered from July 4 to the end of summer. There is also an evening program that runs from the dinner hour until 9. All activity areas are supervised and older children should enjoy "The Minor's Cave." pen on Wednesday and Saturday nights, it offers movies, music, and rock videos.

The children and adults dine separately, but may share breakfast. There are six different children's programs, offering most of the same activities, but designed for different age levels. Arrangements for child care for very young children (as young as one month) can be made in advance (live-in or occasional baby-sitting). In spring and summer there is also an Infant Center.
