Holiday Valley is nestled in the traditional ski town of Ellicottville and is home to great skiing, great times and great friends.
Up to 2 children, 17 and under, staying with their parents at the Inn or a Holiday Valley rental condo ski and stay free mid-week, all season long.
SKIwee is a nationwide ski program geared toward the special needs and interests of children. Imagination, games and adventure make learning to ski fun. Children are placed in groups depending on their skiing ability and age.
PRE SKIwee is for new skiers, ages 3-5.
JUNIOR LEARN-TO-SKI is for first-time skiers only, ages 5-11.
SLIPPERY STREETS is a special learning experience for beginning skiers, ages 5-11 with an easy-to-use lift, entertaining animal characters and perfectly pitched terrain. Mountain Adventure is for Children ages 5-11 who ski wedge turns or better. As they explore the mountain trails searching for hidden Indian Clan markers, kids improve their skiing while building confidence, friendships and having a great time.
KID'S NIGHT OUT
Kids deserve a break, too, at the kid's party on selected Saturdays and holidays from 5:30pm-10pm for ages 6-12. The fun takes place at the Children's Center, next to the Clubhouse Chalet, with movies, games, entertainment, popcorn and supervised activities. Cost is $8 per child, and parents receive a discount coupon for dinner at the Hearth Restaurant.
CHILDREN'S DAY CARE
Full or half-day care is available daily for kids at the Holiday Valley Day Care Center. Kids enjoy a variety of activities such as story telling, sing-alongs, art projects and group games with our friendly and attentive staff. There are lots of toys, games, puzzles, movies and other fun stuff to keep the kids busy and happy.
