Long-time Mammoth skiers have always known the outstanding features that make Mammoth their favorite. Now new skiers are discovering the winning qualities that make Mammoth one of the top ski resorts in the nation.
If this is your first time out then this is the place to start. Mammoth's instructors incorporate fun with the basic skills needed to build a great skiing or snowboarding foundation. One, two or three day "Learn-to-Ski" or one day "Learn-to-Snowboard" packages include lessons, lift tickets and rentals, and make your initial adventure convenient and affordable.
Custom Kid's Camps
Sometimes kids are inseparable. That's okay with us. Enroll four or more 7-12 year olds of similar ability in a five-day camp and they will be guaranteed plenty of fun and laughter while improving their technique.
Teen Programs
We understand teens! Specially developed clinics are designed for this unique age group of 13-18 year olds. Programs cater to all levels of skiers who are sure to have a blast. The format includes teaching basics and guiding the group to some off-the-wall spots while they learn new skills. Teen programs are available during holidays or can be arranged for groups of four or more.
For Young, Non-Skiing Guests
Small World Day Care provides a fun environment for children while parents are out playing. Activities are specifically designed for age groups varying from infants to 12 years. Children will experience art, music, outdoor snowplay and rest time with their peers in a clean, safe environment. Reservations are required.
Future Gold Medalist?
Mammoth's rich racing history is the accumulation of accomplishments of children like yours. Many great champions got their start at Mammoth. Our "Children Only" racing classes offer a special introduction to ski racing for children 6-12 years. Let Mammoth's specially trained Race Department staff unleash your child's potential.
Winter Fun!
Mammoth offers just the right combination of spectacular skiing and other exciting winter activates to ensure a perfect winter vacation. Explore the limitless countryside on an exhilarating snowmobile ride, "mush" across a snowy expanse in a real dog sled, or snuggle up on a romantic sleigh ride under the stars. Cross-country, Mammoth style, includes miles of trails that will lead you through peaceful mountain meadows and fragrant pine forests.
