Just above Davis Dam on the Arizona shore, Lake Mohave Resort at Katherine landing is the southern gateway to beautiful lake Mohave. Lake Mohave Resort offers a complete resort facility. For boating enthusiasts, the resort features a rental fleet of houseboats, ski boats, patio boats, fishing boats and personal watercraft. In addition to a full marina complete with slips, moorage, gas dock and repair facilities, there is also RV park, restaurant and lounge, lakeside store, and tackle and bait shop.
Originally a mining area, Lake Mohave offers exceptional sightseeing, including ancient Indian rock carvings, or "Petroglyphs", on many cliff walls. Just below the Davis Dam is the city of Laughlin, Nevada, offering exciting evening entertainment with casinos, shows and fine dining.

All houseboats at Lake Mohave Resorts feature fully-equipped kitchens with gas ovens/ranges, refrigerators/freezers, microwave ovens, coffee pots, toasters and blenders. For your convenience we have included pots and pans, dishes, utensils and even dishwashing soap. You'll have a bathroom with shower and tub, a dinette, built-in bunks, chairs, ice chest, cassette stereo and gas barbecue.
Our lakeside motel and RV park both offer a scenic alternative to staying on the water. The 51 unit motel offers color televisions in all rooms. Some rooms feature kitchen units or kitchen suites. Children under five stay free. Our RV Park features full hook-ups.
Lake Mohave Resort offers nautical dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner in its Tail O' The Whale restaurant. Or spend a relaxing evening in the lounge. Adjacent to the restaurants is a convenient store and tackle shop for all your boating needs, including souvenir T-shirts and captain's hats.
Lake Mohave Resort offers an outstanding selection of hourly, daily or weekly rentals including three passenger Sea-Doo's, 19-foot and 20-foot Commander ski boats, patio boats with comfortable seating, awnings, gas barbecue and ice chests, V-hull fishing boats and bass boats. Ski and fishing equipment packages are also available.
Lake Mohave offers excellent year-round fishing. Striped bass are available throughout the year. Large-mouth bass and catfish are best March through October. Good rainbow trout fishing all year at the northern end of the lake. Bluegill and small striped bass abound in the coves all year. Fishing licenses are available at the resort.
