The San Roque Club, a leading destination resort in Spain's scenic and historic Andalucia, is further enhancing its full-service exemplary programs and facilities by adding a Children's Club that opens in May 2001. Set on 340 acres in southwest Spain (30 minutes from Gibraltar and just an hour from Malaga airport) between the majestic Sierra Bermeja Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, San Roque Club is the perfect destination for relaxing summer and year-round holidays.

Its 100 elegantly furnished, spacious private suites, ideal for families, are clustered in bungalows in private gardens, each with patios, marble bathrooms and air conditioning. The hotel's outstanding facilities include a creatively designed lagoon pool, two restaurants, a bar, and an 18-hole championship golf course with an extensive practice area and world-class equestrian center. The Children's Club will provide secure and supervised swimming, facilities and activities as follows:

Supervised by a multi-lingual staff, the program for ages 3 to 7 and ages 8 to 15 will operate from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and during dinner and costs approximately US $27.00. Babysitting is also available during the day for approximately US $6.50 per hour and in the evening after 8:00 p.m. for approximately US $8.00 per hour.

In addition to the complement of activities available at the resort, families may wish to explore the multitude of cultural offerings within a few hours of San Roque Club. The resort offers chauffeur or self-drive cars to explore, among others: Seville, Jerez, Granada, Ronda, Tajo Gorge, Cadiz, and Gibraltar. The resort is also an excellent "home base" for exploring the wonders of northern Africa including Tangiers, Marrakech and Casablanca.
