Children, 16 and younger, sail free when accompanied by two adults in the same cabin on Regal Cruises' five-night New England/Canada cruises out of New York City. There are 10 departures between June 25 and September 9, 2001. Fares range from $499.00 to $1,099.00 per person, double. Triple and quadruple cabins start at $599.00 per person, double.
