ANNUAL CORNISH APPLE FESTIVAL IS A TASTY SEPTEMBER TREAT

Fresh apple pies, apple cider, apple fritters and all manner of apple products will be featured at the 12th Annual Cornish Apple Festival in Cornish, Maine from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29. The annual event is a colorful, fun day for every member of the family.
The day kicks off with a pancake breakfast at the Congregational Church at 7:00 a.m., followed by the 5K run at 8:00 o'clock. There's also an antique car parade, arts and crafts booths and exhibits, live entertainment featuring bands and dancers and a special showing of historic Cornish photographs in the town building.
