UNIQUE FALL FOLIAGE EXPERIENCE ON KILLINGTONÇS SKYESHIP AND K1 EXPRESS GONDOLAS
Visitors to the Killington region this fall can experience the breathtaking Vermont foliage and inspiring mountain scenery with a ride on the Killington Skyeship. The high-speed, eight-passenger lift features an array of artistic cabin designs that are as colorful as the autumn leaves.
Via the K1 Express Gondola, leaf peepers also can soak in the views of five states and Canada atop Killington Peak, the highest lift-serviced peak in Vermont. Both gondolas will run daily throughout foliage season.
Foliage Gondola Rides:
Round-trip rides on the Skyeship, from its base on Route 4 to the top of Skye Peak, are available weekends, September 22-30, and daily, October 1-8. Hours are from 10:00 a.m. à 4:00 p.m. The K1 Express Gondola is open during foliage weekends, September 8- 16, and daily, September 18 à October 9. Hours are 9:00 a.m. à 5:00 p.m. and weekends and 10:00 a.m. à 5:00 p.m. midweek. An adult round-trip ride is $13.00, and juniors are $8.00. A one-way ride is $9.00/adult and $5.00/junior. Family round-trips are available for $31.00. A family is two adults and any number of immediate family members ages 12 and under. Accommodation packages are available.
