WINTER SPECIALS AT SMUGGLERS' NOTCH RESORT

Families seeking a special getaway may enjoy a special vacation value at Smugglers' Notch Resort in Vermont this winter. The Resort specializes in offering snowy family fun on its three interconnected mountains and popular family activities in the centrally located condominium Village.
Smugglers' season-long SuperSaver rates will delight guests accustomed to weekend rate increases. With Smugglers' SuperSaver rates, no premium is charged for the weekend portion of a stay. In addition, the value increases with the length of the stay: the longer the stay, the less the vacation costs per day. For example, a family of four can enjoy a weeklong ski vacation for $109.00 per adult and $95.00 per youth per night on the popular Club Smugglers' package.

The package includes slope-side Resort Village lodging; alpine lift tickets and cross country trail passes; daily one and a half hour snow sport group lessons during non-holiday periods; daily hot chocolate around the bonfire; tubing; ice skating; access to the pool and hot tubs; use of the Outer Limits Teen Center; and a variety of family and adult evening entertainment and game nights. Only three weeks of the winter season are exempted from SuperSaver rates: December 26-31, 2002; February 14-20, 2003; and March 7-12, 2003.

While potty-trained 3 year-olds can participate in ski camps, those not yet ready to hit the slopes will enjoy a day full of activities ranging from padded climbing structures for the tiniest babies to outside strolls, crafts, music and storytelling for the 17-month to 30-month olds. Toddlers in the 30-month to 36-month range will be able to go sledding and perform in drama programs as well as the other activities. The cost for a full day at Treasures is $66.00 (8:30 am - 4:30 pm). Half-price specials are available with some packages. In addition, babysitting services in your condo may be arranged through Treasures.
